2014 was a year of rising costs from pool enclosure construction, although the retail prices are still far from their highs in the mid 00’s after hurricanes impacted the east (Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach, Melbourne, etc) and west (Naples, Fort Myers, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, etc) coast.  The cost of aluminum increased close to 40%.  Labor increased drastically as demand increased, and a shortage of skilled labor persists.
These prices should give you an idea of what to expect in terms of pricing. Â Some markets may be priced higher, others priced lower. Â Miam, Fort Launderdale, and Boca Raton seem to be the most expensive market at the moment and could fall beyond these numbers.
Pool Enclosure:
20×40 Â 9′ sidewall : $9,000-11,000
30×60 Â 9′ sidewall: Â $19,000-25,000
Screen Room With Composite Roof (Lanai):
10×20: Â $6,000-8,000 Â add $2,000 if concrete is necessary.

We live at 3390 7th Avenue NW in North Naples 34120and our pool screen enclosure was damaged during hurricane Irma. Our insurance company has asked us to provide a bid to replace the enclosure, which is about 34′ x 71′. Do you do bids and what do you charge for them?
