I’ve seen many small screen enclosures repainted.  20×40’s, an occasional 2 story rectangle, I’ve seen painted and pulled off looking like new.  Its actually getting to be quite common as the repaint, re-screen, and fastener upgrade costs about half the price of replacing, and can be done quickly with no permit needed. Occasionally though, something comes along and
