The most pronounced feature of this enclosure is the large ‘picture window’ (descriptive term), across the back promoting a sceninc view the pond and preserved lands behind the property.  The opening is close to 40′ in size, the largest opening possible with aluminum structural limitations. Thats not all that make this enclosure awesome however.  Check out

I’ve seen many small screen enclosures repainted.  20×40’s, an occasional 2 story rectangle, I’ve seen painted and pulled off looking like new.  Its actually getting to be quite common as the repaint, re-screen, and fastener upgrade costs about half the price of replacing, and can be done quickly with no permit needed. Occasionally though, something comes along and

Ever wonder what that ‘term’ is? This is a guide that explains the common aspects and lingo of your screen enclosure. Before we discuss the parts of a screen enclosure, you first need to know the different types of this structure. Screen Enclosure: Under-Truss Screen Enclosure The term under-truss refers to the areas that are

On most screen enclosures built in Florida, Orlando – Tampa – Miami – Fort Myers – ETC, the estimate/design process goes something like this: Customer: Hey there, we need an enclosure that is this shape? Contractor: Ok that will be $X,XXX On a lot of projects like a simple rectangular pool cage with 4 90* angles and

Screen is all the same… right? Wrong!  Yes, there is more then one type of screen mesh covering all these enclosures.  You actually have a few different choices.  Not enough choices to make your headspin, but enough to warrant making an informed decision.  There is good screen that will outlive you, and there is screen that
